On December 13, 2022, RASH together with NAMEX te IXP of Rom's (Italy) welcomes the first Annual Meeting of ANIX (Albanian Neutral Internet Exchange) with the theme: "Connectivity: Albania and the Adriatic as a gateway to the Balkans”. In the Conference participated 132 attendees from 82 national and international Companies and local Telecomunications Authorities.

Some of the interesting disccusions was: International Bandwidth and Interconnection Trends in Albania,  Albania at the crossroads of the new information highway; the case of Trans Adriatic Express and how this changes Albania and the Balkans, Internet in Albania – A view from the NCC.
