The Interinstitutional Center of the Albanian Academic Network, an institution of higher education, announces a vacancy for the position "Software Team Leader".

The successful candidate will cover the following duties:

• Lead the team towards application development

• Lead and monitor the team by providing technical support

• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure that requirements are properly developed

• Be able to estimate project timelines

• To prepare reports, manuals and other documents on the status, operation and maintenance of the software

• To study the new technologies of the time

• To study on improving the quality of work

• Collect and improve specifications and requirements based on technical needs

Special criteria for candidates:

• University degree in Computer Science, Informatics

• Over 4 years of experience as a software developer

• Have previous experience in a leadership position

• Very good communication and teamwork skills

• Very good knowledge of the English language

Qualifications and experience preferred, knowledge of:

• Object Oriented Programming

• Python, Django / Java / C#

• REST API

• Git

• PostgreSQL / SQLServer / MySQL / Oracle

• HTML, CSS, JS, Angular
