The Inter-Institutional Center of the Albanian Academic Network, announces a vacancy for the position of “Senior Consultant SW Developer”.

The successful candidate will cover the following duties:

• Lead and monitor the SW development team by providing technical support.

• Provides direction and technical guidance to project teams, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable and secure.

• Oversees the technical development process, including code reviews and implementation of best practices.

• Leads by example through hands-on coding and contributes to the overall quality of the code base.

• Leads and manages the technical aspects of consulting projects, from inception to completion.

• Ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards.

• Monitors project progress, identifies potential risks and proactively addresses issues.

• Mentor new developers, providing technical expertise and support for SW development.

• Analyzes complex problems and develops innovative solutions.

Specific criteria for candidates:

• University degree in Computer Science or Computer Science.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a software developer.

• Previous experience in a similar position.

• Very good communication and teamwork skills.

• Very good knowledge of the English language.

Preferred qualifications and experience, knowledge of:

• Object Oriented Programming

• Python, Django / Java / C#

• REST API

• Git

• PostgreSQL / SQLServer / MySQL / Oracle

• HTML, CSS, JS, Angular
