The Albanian Academic Network (RASH) becomes a Full Member of the EUNIS (European University Information Systems) organization. This has been made possible after considering and assessing the fulfillment by RASH of the criteria set out in the EUNIS Statute. RASH’s membership in this organization aims to encourage exchange and cooperation between information systems for higher education or research institutes/organizations in Albania and those of other European countries.

The EUNIS organization brings together those institutions responsible for the management, development and policies for Information Technologies in Higher Education in Europe. The objective of EUNIS is to contribute to the development of high-quality information systems. To achieve this, the goals of EUNIS are:

• to encourage exchange, cooperation and debates between those responsible for information systems in higher education or research institutes/organizations within Europe;

• establish relationships with supervisory organizations responsible for information systems in higher education and research institutes in the country as well as at the European level.
