The Interinstitutional Center of the Albanian Academic Network (RASH), an institution of higher education, announces a vacancy for the position of "Project and Internationalization Expert".

Candidate Criteria:

• At least 3 years of experience in writing and managing projects, mainly WBIF, IPA, Erasmus +, Horizon, etc.

• Very good coordination, organizational, and communication skills to work on a project with international partners.

• Excellent skills in establishing new partnerships.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines, to work in a team, and to be oriented towards solving problems.

• Excellent communication skills and very good knowledge of the English language.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Tracking calls from domestic or foreign institutions/partners at national, European, and wider levels;

• Writing and implementing projects to build the capacity of the institution within the framework of European funding instruments in the IPA, WBIF programs, where coordination with state institutions is also required, etc.

• Monitoring the performance and progress of foreign/domestic projects across departments against the time and financial plan.

• Preparing tender files based on PRAGUE Procedures.

• Assistance with ad-hoc needs of the Administration office.

Degree:

In the field of economic sciences or related profiles.
