The "Teachers for Albania" Portal has also been built in RASH. This portal operated from 2018-2023 and functioned as the portal that enabled the application to be employed in the Albanian education system for all those candidates who had successfully completed the state exam for teachers in a certain profile at the QSHA. The portal enabled the real-time connection of the data of the 3 institutions responsible for the selection of candidates (DAR - QSHA - MASR) with applicants from all over the country. Through the portal, the evaluations of the application files, the results of the online test were uploaded and the final result was announced, ranking according to the position for which the candidates had applied, in real time and transparently.

"Teachers for Albania" portal allows: 

• Online application;

• Evaluation of files and ranking of applicants by “DAR”;

• Online test results and their ranking by “QSHA”;

• Automated result / conversion according to “MAS” formula;

• Publication of the final ranking;

• Vacancies.

This software produced by RASH has a total of 24,730 teachers who have applied since 2018, a total of 55,131 applications have been made (since one teacher has applied several times in different years) and 116,860 is the number of applications made to the Local Education Offices (ZVA) ) different (since a teacher applies at least in 3 ZVA)
