A document archiving and protocol system has always been one of the backbones in supporting decision-making processes, for the preservation and improvement of the documentary heritage, etc.
In fact, every process within the University, generates a certain document. This system has the task of managing, organizing and storing these documents.

For this reason, it was decided to invest in a solution that would allow any document produced or dedicated to the administrative activity of the University to be archived in an online archive of documents.
