The project aims to create in Albania an innovative IT-based platform for graduate tracking and employment in support of higher education policy making and reform. The platform is different in relation to existing experiences (databases / job brokers): it is an integrated and certified demand / offer matching model based on the online DB of Albanian graduates, easily “reproducible” in new universities. The GRADUA platform has a dual scope: The project aims to create concrete synergies between the University and the labor market by providing a unifying tool available to both beneficiaries to evaluate graduates and education system performance and provide innovative recruitment tools.
